Energy monitoring and targeting systems help your business manage energy effectively. Closely monitoring each area of your business and comparing energy use with key outputs helps you set targets, spot variances and take actions to save energy and emissions.

What kind of project is this for?

Co-funding of 40% of the cost of an energy monitoring and targeting system, up to a maximum of $100,000 for businesses that spend more than $3M a year on stationary energy, and have an EECA Regional Manager.

The system will record, analyse and compare your business’s energy use, as well as set targets and report back. This may also include metering equipment.

All energy using systems and processes on commercial and industrial sites are eligible for co-funding, including:

  • Process heat
  • Pumps and motors
  • Compressed air
  • Refrigeration
  • HVAC
  • Lighting controls

Your project must deliver a guaranteed level of energy savings. Our funding is usually enough to ensure the project meets your investment criteria.
